Pinned App Tabs are lost when I close Firefox, and I'm not using Clear Recent History or anything else, just closing & later opening Firefox.

Desktop PC. Happens about 70% of the times that I close and later reopen Firefox. Between closing & reopening I'm not clearing any history or caches, but most of the time when I reopen Firefox the pinned app tabs are gone.

Just what I said in my original question: I try to Pin as App Tabs, I Turn Off The Computer, and when I reopen, I have to re-pin the App Tabs. What happened to the dialog box that asked if I want to "Save and Quit" -
