You have two versions of the same Shockwave For Director plugin installed which are conflicting with each other. You need to do the following.

  1. Click the orange Firefox button, go to Add-ons and then in the menu which opens, click the "Plugins" link.

  2. Disable this one: "Macromedia Shockwave for Director" (don't confuse it with this one: Adobe Shockwave for Director which is the one you want to keep)

  3. Download the update for the one you need to keep from here: http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/

  4. Check to make sure you have the latest Flash player installed which is 10.3.181.34 by visiting http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ (I can't see the version number in your system details unfortunately).

  5. Update Java to 1.6.0_26 by going to http://www.java.com/en/


After you update the above, go to the Plugins Check page and update others which might be necessary.
