From this site: www.cincinnati.com, I can't play any of the videos from their Video Library. I get the page where they are to be played but no frame or border, just white space. The same videos play in IE 6.0.

I've cleared cache as suggest by the site to no avail. If there is a link to a YouTube video, it plays in Windows Media Player. I have Quick Time installed.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
