Barring upgrading firefox (I too got a LOT of sync errors) - go to your 3.10 FF and upgrade THAT to 3.23 at the very least THEN after making sure YOU can still sync go to here (https://account.services.mozilla.com/) and clear/delete your sync data and then have your Wife try syncing -- if what I suspect is true she will be able to sync now and YOU should still be able to sync. The browser versions and Sync versions get out of whack at times and you need to just kick them once to have them back in-line. HTH.
