When I'm on firefox and start browsing, their are web sites that are not related to the one that I requested for example utrack.zugo ,r.skimresources e.skimresources i.skimresources how do I prevent these people from invading my privacy?
Also when I went from 3.6.23 to the new 7.0 When I'm on a certain web page I get " corrupted content error"

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can get a "Corrupted Content Error" error if there are multiple location redirects send via the HTTP response headers.
Firefox doesn't allow that for security reasons.
