 I exit firefox , start button/ all programs/ mozilla firefox/ put the mouse on mozilla firefox   no window to the right will not open to show safe mode option.... So I just click on mozilla firefox and it opens up the browser....

In Firefox 4+ versions, hold the Shft key when going to open Firefox from a desktop shortcut, or use Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled...

Either of those will launch the Firefox SafeMode.
