I did a defrag and a system restore to a couple of weeks ago and now i can't use firefox at all. it's still in my computer but doesn't respond. i did a system restore because the new versuion of fire fox caused too many problems with my computer so i wanted to go backl to the older version.

Hi,

You can try to install the latest version after doing a clean uninstall of the old version. Please see backup to backup important pieces of information.

In the Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, look for and uninstall Firefox or Mozilla Firefox, if present. Next in the Windows Start menu Run, type and enter %programfiles% and delete the Mozilla Firefox or Firefox folder. Likewise type and enter %appdata% and delete the Mozilla or Firefox folder. You can download the latest Firefox here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
