I am having constant crashes . I have done the troubleshooting steps that were recommended. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox 12. I ran the malware and antispyware programs that are recommended.. Nothing was found and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled any add ons.

What you posted in your system details list is part of the information about your system that Firefox sends to the server and not the ID of a crash report.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more crash reports (bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.
