Trying to access html document through VPN and it doesnt load in Firefox 12. This is a user machine that I don't currently have access to, yet I'd like to start the troubleshooting. As I stated in the title, the error when trying to open the file in Firefox 12 is "Firefox Plugin Process cannot open files in the "HTML text" format." The file works fine in Safari 5.1.7. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to hard reload the page via Ctrl+F5 if you open the web console at a later time to reload the current page from the server.
