A few days back I clicked the icon to open Firefox and a popup appeared that said something like, "This is embarrassing but Firefox is having trouble opening. Would you like to try to fix the problem or start a new session?" I clicked on Start a new session but since it has bothered me that I may have fallen for a scam or bug infestation. What is the truth? N.B. I ran an anti virus scan afterwards and nothing turned up wrong.
