Randomly Not Responding after Adobe released Flash version 11.4

more options

It started on Friday, my Firefox has been non stop having issues of going into non-responding phase of about average 1-2mins then clears up or longer. Usually on a site using flash, I check my Task Manager and find 2 Flash 11.4 operations running with Firefox. It hangs too even when saving files or closing/switching to new tabs, so I don't think its all the new flash fault or not. Also randomly opens a tab in a new page at time when the freeze ends.

It's getting really annoying doing this all day.

hello KodyYoung, what kind of security software are you using? please make sure that it isn't blocking or sandboxing plugin-container.exe or adobe's flashplayerplugin_11_4*.exe which are used to run flash content.

Hi, I use MSE real time with MBAM as back up. Windows firewall, Secunia, Trusteer and WOT.

Be it coincidence or not but the freezing has stopped. I forwarded the information regarding Rapport to another thread (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/939402) and it seems to have been met with some success. So, thanks, once again, madperson.
