U TUBE,AND VIDEO ALL PLAY OK, BUT ONE PART OF GAME[PLAYSCREEN] WONT LOAD, ALL OTHER SITES FINE
ALL OTHER AREAS OF COMPUTER RUN FINE, UTUBE, ON DEMAND TV ALL OK. BUT THE PLAY SCREEN OF MY GAME [I PLAYED IT FOR 3 YEARS WITH NO PROB] WONT LOAD, THE GAME HASNT GOT SERIOUS COMPLEX GRAPHICS, OTHER SITES I LOAD WHICH SEEM MORE COMPLICATED LOAD FINE.THE SUPPORT FROM THE GAME LOOKED INTO PROBLEM AND COULDNT FIND A PROBLEM ON THEIR SIDE, THEY LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT ALSO NO PROBLEM. I AM USING A DONGLE [T-MOBILE] , I GET AN AVERAGE OF 2 MBPS SIGNAL., WHICH PLAYS UTUBE, VIDEOS, OTHER GAMES WITH NO PROB, I HAVE REINSTALLED BROWSERS, UPDATED FLASH AND JAVA, CLEARED CACHE/BROWSING HISTORY, THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR PAST 3 WEEKS, ONLY ONCE IN THAT TIME DID THE PLAY SCREEN LOAD [29/10/12] AROUND MIDNIGHT, I AM AT MY WITS END AS I HAVE SPENT 3 YEARS BUILDING MY SHIP/ACCOUNT TO THE STATUS I WANTED, SO AS YOU CAN IMAGINE I AM QUITE UPSET AT NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS THE GAME ANY MORE, PLEASE TRY AND HELP ME.THANK YOU..

Hi, firstly, i apologise for writing in caps on my earlier post. I have tried the suggestions you posted for me but to no avail, I am using hardware accelleration, [tried it on/off], and i also changed the webgl to true /false and back n forth, do you think my problem could be because i am using a dongle and maybe the signal isnt "steady" enough ?. it is strange because u-tube/video etc all play fine, i have checked for all windows updates and non are needed, also flash/java all up to date, I am still at a loss but thank you for your time and help, if u have any more ideas I will be glad to try them, thanks again, phantom6629.
Hello phantom6629, you are using Firefox 18.0 !!! it is in aurora (offers functionality that has undergone only basic testing)!!! think if the problem is there. I suggest to go to stable version (16.0.2).

i switched to aurora only because i was hoping problem wouldnt exist in new set up, but, alas, it is still here, in fact, i think its worse in aurora lol, i will switch to normal firefox and try with webgl turned true/false etc [all tests as stated b4 ], i will keep you updated as to my situation,. this tuesday coming, i get a secure line connection from BT, i.e. i wont be using dongle, and i am hoping that will solve the prob, fingers crossed, toes, eyeballs etc etc, thanx for help and time tho...Phantom..
thanks every1 for help, my problem is now sorted, it was caused by using a dongle, obviously the signal wasnt constant enough to conect to my game, now i have a secure line conection all is good, thanx again folks, much appreciated...phantom....
