Swagbcuks recommends Firefox, but I can't get their toolbar to download on your browser. Can you help?
Swagbucks has long recommended your browser and I have tried it before but have a hard time learning how to navigate it. Now I am sort of being forced into it as some of the swag vendors are refusing to support IE8. So I downloaded your product and now I find I cannot load my swagbucks toolbar. My neighbors have Firefox and have the toolbar without issue. So I am not sure what the issue is. I have tried all the help stuff. Uninstall, reinstall, empty the cache, check the settings, etc. But with your program all the language is a bit different so I don't even know what to look for. This should be simple. With almost 2 million users, I should think you would want to be very compatible with Swagbucks.

Thanks for the input, the problem was that the Firefox download box was not receiving the data for some reason. The box was always empty so I was assuming that the data did not get downloaded. I finally went on a search to MY COMPUTER and found 6 versions of the file in PROGRAMS and FILES/DOWNLOADS. So there ya go for assumptions. Once I had retrieved the file from there it loaded with no difficulty. So still a little confused as why it did not go into the Firefox download box which opened and displayed, etc. But it was probably just routed that way and I didn't see it. Sorry to waste everyone's time. And my own. Should have thought to look there much earlier.

Quite honestly, 2,000,000 users is a fraction of one percent of Firefox's user-base. Compatibility with Firefox is a the add-on developers responsibility, not Mozilla's.
If that toolbar doesn't even install my suggestion id to try to contact the developer of that toolbar. Or ask your neighbors for help installing it.
Have you tried this add-on? - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/swagbucks-v01/
hello, compatibility of third-party addons is the sole responsibility of its developers. please contact swagbucks' support if you need help to get their product to work...
