Hello,

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

Note that your System Details List shows that you have two Flash plugins installed.

  • Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700
  • Shockwave Flash 11.3 r300

You should remove the older 11.3 version.

You can find the Flash plugin file (NPSWF32_11_X_XXX_XXX.dll) in this folder after you have run the Flash installer:

  • 32 bit Windows: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
  • 64 bit Windows: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\

I tried this approach and it did not work. What I ended up doing was updating the drivers for my AMD Radeon HD 6450, everything worked fine under the previous version of FireFox.

Interesting the updates did not remove the previous versions of Flash. Deleting the old version did not make a difference, still had the same problem. What I ended up doing was updating the drivers for my AMD Radeon HD 6450, even though everything was working fine under the previous version of FireFox, updating the driver appear to be the only thing that worked.
