I was downloading videos with realplayer downloader last night and now it does not work. The "Download this video" button will not appear. I have tried many of the suggestions on various sites to no avail. There seems to be some incompatibility issues according to some of the help pages I have read. Is this a Firefox issue or a Realplayer issue? The button still works fine in IE but I hate using it!

I don't have the answer, but you are not alone: another user posted this same problem earlier today: Hi , realplayer downloader icon of the Download This Video button disappear on videos that I am watching in Firefox 22 but it able on Extensions (unsolved).
