Just installed version 25 or Firefox. Its fine except: on a normal closure it is not possible to start another session without first killing remains of the previous session in the Task Manager.

I am running on Windows XP SP3, 3GB RAM, Intel Pentium 4.

Can I work solution or will a update be issued?

I have this problem, too, and it only started with 25. Been a Firefox user for several years and never had this issue consistently until upgrading to 25.

Did you upgrade from a previous version that didn't have the issue, too? A new profile, trying to eliminate any specific extension, did not resolve this issue for me. Safe mode is about the only mode that appears to work correctly for me, which is useless. Especially since it worked fine in 24 and the past few year's worth of other versions!!
