after downloading firefox upgrades i went to HP to upgrade as my laptop had not been online for a few years and the response , after i clicked automatically upgrade hp, was firefox blocked any action. so how do i upgrade hp or do you do that too? I did not see that on HP site. It had been offline as Staples employee deleted things when he was to add my printer driver and i needed to have hp troubleshoot to see if all was now ok? my laptop is on the phone line as my desktop too. does firefox also upgrade what hp would automattically?
