Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that the bonus collector is not working. Please make sure that Firefox is configured to connect to the internet the same way your computer does. These settings are in this menu: Firefox > Options/Preferences > Advanced > Network >

The error is a common real player issue http://service.real.com/help/faq/top5/rp_cannot_connect.html please troubleshoot this as well. You can temporarily disable the Firewall and Antivirus as well to make sure it is not blocking the connection.
