Every now and then, the Whole Windows is frozen when I am using FireFox and I have to press reset button to restart. How to fix?

Firefox shouldn't be able to crash the OS. This can only happen if there is a problem with system drivers and services that run at kernel level.

You can check the Windows event log to see if there are details available about the cause of the crashes.
