You should contact download helper since that is their program Addon that's a Mozilla product.

The support forum place for this VDH extension is at https://github.com/aclap-dev/video-downloadhelper/discussions
If you are having issues with downloading from Youtube for example then there is a Beta version of VDH being tested https://github.com/aclap-dev/video-downloadhelper/discussions/1074#discussioncomment-11914403

No it is not a Mozilla product and you need to check your post before submitting posts in quantity when it should be quality.
I recently encountered an issue with the Video Download Helper on Firefox. The extension has stopped working specifically for YouTube videos, and the toolbar icon remains grey (inactive). Interestingly, when I tested it with a video from a LinkedIn web page, the icon turned active, and I could download it successfully.
I purchased the license for Video Download Helper just a few weeks ago, and it worked perfectly for two weeks before this issue arose. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?
Thank you for your time and guidance. I look forward to your suggestions.

There is a Beta version of the extension as I mentioned in reply above yours.
