When I delete a email it goes to the "Deleted" folder, I realize that if I don't empty this folder often it gets very large.

Is any way to tell Thunderbird to automatically flush or empty or delete or gets rid of all the content on the "Deleted" folder so I don't have to double delete all my emails.

Thanks in advance for you help. Have a great day!!!!!!!

Does setting trash to empty on exit accomplish this for you?

This setting is somewhat hidden in Thunderbird when compared to other mail clients, but that's because Thunderbird allows this to be set independently for any folder, not just for the Bin/Trash, i.e. it's a folder setting, not an account setting — there is a corresponding account setting in Synchronization & Storage, but that's for all the account folders, not for the Bin/Trash.

So right-click on the Bin/Trash/Deleted folder, choose Properties, select the Retention Policy tab, uncheck 'Use my account settings' (you don't want all the account folders behave the same way as this one), and choose your desired deletion settings there.
