I now receive repeatedly a 10-day old email into Inbox instead of new mail.
Have used Thunderbird reliably for two years using Surface 2/Windows 10 (regularly updated) to access a yahoo small business email account.
I see the same email account using the Apple Mail application on an iPhone SE.
Recently for every new email I see on my phone I see on the Surface Laptop (via Thunderbird) a repeat of a 10-day old email in the inbox. I'm not seeing any new mail.
It's as if for every new email TBird is instead 'stuck' on re-sending the same 10-day old mail.
An email version of Groundhog Day?
Thanks for any ideas you can share, I'm not sure where to start.
Chosen solution
Open the account in webmail, delete the repeating message, empty webmail Trash and Spam folders.
