503 error on TLS subscription
Hello,
I am a paid subscriber to the Times Literary Supplement, but every time I click on an article I am instead shown a 503 error. I have discussed this for months with the TLS, cleared my cache, changed my password, everything, but the 503 error persists. My Firefox browser is up to date, and it happens across all devices.
The TLS claims this is a browser issue and not their fault, but it has never happened to me on any other website in the whole world.
Please help.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

Thank you, but the problem also occurs on Safari...
Hello,
The 5xx class of HTTP status codes means serverside error. This also explains why Safari fails. See https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/500 for more information on code 500 and other status codes.
This does mean that there is a server error. We can not help here, as this is the problem of the webmaster.
Thank you.
