Az Üzenetszűrőkkel meg tudod oldani, amit szeretnél: Organize your messages with filters. Mellékeltem egy képernyőképet egy lehetséges szűrőről.

Nyilván ennek a megoldásnak a hátránya, hogy csak a Thunderbird futásakor működik, tehát ha meg lehet oldani szolgáltatói oldalon, akkor érdemes inkább úgy csinálni. De ez persze szolgáltatófüggő..
