updated Firefox, adobe flash, restarted computer, still crashing every time I need it. About 8 - 10 x today alone! FIX THIS PLEASE!
Over last few days, maybe a week everytime I want to play video and sometimes just clicking on a page I get the adobe flash crashed symbol and/or the bar across top of screen saying it crashed (when I wasn't even using it!) I updated firefox - mozilla whatever it is and adobe flash, restarted computer several times. sent about 16 - 24 crash reports...still crashing.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
