I have a scanner that downloads to a computer to send info to home office. Everyone else has no problem downloading, but my computer won't download. Home office said install Firefox. It always works. I did. I get error message saying "browser not supported" when I connect and try to download. Help!

It is possible that Anti-Virus software is causing problems. Try to disable Anti-Virus software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that has effect.
