Cannot connect to Photodex.com. Tried all the solutions on the web site - clearing cache, history, etc.. Also cannot access this page with Windows Explorer. Can, however, access it on my iPhone - so website is running. Tried it on another computer and can't access it there either. Do not have this problem with any other websites. Both computers are running Windows 7 Pro. I last tried accessing photodex a couple of weeks ago, and had no problem. Any suggestions?

Sounds like something on your system is causing the issue.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

Tried the safe mode - same result - cannot access Photodex.com. This is the only website with which I'm having trouble. Windows explorer also won't let me access the website, yet I can access it on my iPhone. Any other suggestions?

I can access it. So the problem is with your IP4 or IP6 settings that you might have misconfigured. If you have recently modified Firefox Pipeline or Network settings of your computer, then do share me the details. That's probably DNS error otherwise.

I tried accessing photodex.com on another computer running Windows 8.1 and it worked. The 2 computers that cannot access this website are running Windows 7 Pro. And as stated previously, I can access it via my iPhone - so perhaps Win7 Pro is the problem??

Both Firefox and the computer?

I've tried the safe mode for Firefox and the computer. Access to photodex.com still fails. As previously stated, I am able to access this website on a Win 10 computer, but not on 2 computers running Win 7 Pro. Any other suggestions?

Additionally, I have not changed the IP4 or IP6 settings - in fact, I don't even know how. I don't thinks Firefox is the problem because I also cannot access the website with Windows Exporer.

I've called for more help.

The Win 10 and the Win 7, do they use the internet access? Modem, WiFi . . . . . .

Not sure I understand your question, but all 3 of my computers are on the same internet access via modem and router. The only differences are the operating systems. They are all using Firefox. And to repeat, only the Win 10 computer can access Photodex.com. Neither of the Win 7 Pro computers can access that site, but are able to access all other websites.

Sorry, my last post should have said; Use the same internet access.

If this was different, it might be the modem.
