Can not access bank account truist.com
I can not access for days my bank account at truist.com. It shows it is loading but never does. I CAN access from any other browser want to use! Truist says it is a Firefox browser issue.

Today I saw my firefox browser update. I have seen several firefox updates in recent weeks. I tried Truist.com today and I got into my account. So I am thinking firefox updates was the cure. I spoke with Truist a week ago and they contnued to say it is Firefox problem. Since I can access Truist on any other browswer I chose I say it was a firefox issue.
Issue is resolved by Fire Fox.

Does this problem occur:
- when visiting the main page (the www site)
- when you sign in the main page before the site address switches to https://dias.bank.truist.com
- going directly to https://dias.bank.truist.com/ui/login
- on a third server (based on what you see in the address bar
If a site is generally known to work in Firefox, these are standard suggestions to try when it stops working normally:
Cache and Cookies: When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Clear Firefox's Cache

If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the problem site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, click the lock icon at the left end of the address bar. Then try reloading the page. Does that help?
Double-check content blockers: Firefox's Tracking Protection feature, and extensions that counter ads and tracking, may break websites that embed third party content (meaning, from a secondary server).
(A) The shield icon toward the left end of the address bar usually turns a bit purplish when content is blocked. Click the icon to learn more or make an exception. See: Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for desktop.
(B) Extensions such as Adblock Plus, Blur, Disconnect, DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials, Ghostery, NoScript, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin or uMatrix may block required elements on a site. Testing in Firefox's Troubleshoot Mode: In this mode, Firefox temporarily deactivates extensions, hardware acceleration, any userChrome.css/userContent.css files, and some other advanced features to help you assess whether these are causing the problem.
If Firefox is running:
You can restart Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode using either:
- "3-bar" menu button > Help > Troubleshoot Mode... (before Fx88: Restart with Add-ons Disabled)
- (menu bar) Help menu > Troubleshoot Mode... (before Fx88: Restart with Add-ons Disabled)
and OK the restart. A small dialog should appear. Click the Open button (before Fx88: "Start in Safe Mode" button).

Any improvement?
I have been using Fire fox as my browser for many years and never had any issue with Truist.com until the last week or so. My browser goes directly to truist.com nothing before. I have cleared history, cache and cookies many times. I have checked to make sure I have all updates which I do.
The truist tech mentioned he has had many complaints about the Firefox not loading after sign-in. That is the reason he asked me to try access from Chrome or Microsoft browsers which worked fine, no issue.
What's next?
Was there any difference if you disable Enhanced Tracking Protection on the site or test in Troubleshoot Mode?
No difference. I have turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection and also added an exception to that url. Still can't access. I have tried Troubleshoot Mode can"t access site. What next?
Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.
Any difference if you visit the site by first using your preferred search engine and click a link in the results? That doesn't usually make a difference, but since the request should indicate it is from a search engine, site security systems sometimes behave a bit differently.
I can access Truist.com through Firefox Developer Edition as suggested!

After loading the site on Developer Edition, could you try copy/pasting the final full URL from its address bar over to the address bar in regular Firefox to see whether it can load the identical URL?

If you check the Web Console in the tab that's failing (Ctrl+Shift+K), there usually are some messages. They might not provide a useful answer in this situation, but maybe you'll notice something was blocked or failed and that could lead to further ideas for investigation.
You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.
You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.

I assume there is a list similar to the one you shared for

On that list, it's interesting how the Dashlane add-on appears in the midst of the function calls:

I don't know why that is there. Could you disable Dashlane temporarily and see whether that makes any difference?
