Can not use Restore> Choose file to restore bookmark file. No box pops up to choose the file. Halp!

I have tried everything from uninstalling to re-installing firefox also deleting old Files leftover from uninstalling. tried add ons disabled, updated windows. Nothing has helped. The explorer box will not pop up to choose my bookmarks file to restore. Nothing happens. Also the Backup bookmarks function does not work.

It was actually windows 10 antivirus blocking the firefox from doing anything. Thank you
