Cosa c'entra esattamente Outlook? Inoltre, Informazioni utili da fornire nelle richieste al forum:

  1. Versione di Thunderbird
  2. Versione del sistema operativo
  3. Provider delle caselle email (Gmail, Libero, Hotmail, etc.)
  4. Tipologia di account (POP3, IMAP)
  5. Estensioni installate
  6. Messaggi di errore che vengono visualizzati durante l'utilizzo di Thunderbird
  7. Software di sicurezza eventualmente presenti (Antivirus e simili)
