or for only bookmarks.
On the older PC - Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Export HTML... - to a USB stick
then on the newer PC
Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Import HTML... - from file on that USB stick
