Have switched from Explorer to Firefox and would like to customise my homepage with the same toolbars available to Explorer. Is this possible?

Hi, Explorer allowed me to display toolbars for things like 4share, Google and Yahoo7 across the top of my homepage. This enabled easy access to a number of handy tools. In addition with Explorer I was able to display my most used favourites as a toolbar at the same location as well as simply clicking on 'add to favourites bar' to display a new site on this bar. Are these facilities available on Firefox and if so, can you please advise how to install them.

They are. You can find them if you look up add-ons or extensions for firefox.

alternatively, you can add these links as bookmarks to your bookmark bar, this way you can maintain the speed of firefox and get the same functionality.
