You can copy over places.sqlite file in your profile folder into the new one if you have access to the old hard drive. This file contains your bookmarks.
If the old laptop can boot the OS, you can make use of export to HTML feature in bookmarks > organise bookmarks window, and import the html file on the new laptop.
