As of 22 May 2014, I can no longer reach Verizon email at the web site listed above. Several others have posted similar comments on the internet. No one apparently has an answer yet. I believe the problem is with Firefox since I can use Internet Explorer and login to Verizon as I normally had been able to with FireFox. When I try to log in with Firefox, it indicates that it is signing in but the screen just remains blank and does nothing.
