Am using FF 31.0, and when entering gmail I can no longer use the 'Attach Files' button after composing an email. I can drag and drop, but when sending jpgs it fills the recipients window with large graphics - which isn't useful.

Logging into Chrome or IE and it works just fine - so I know it's solely a FF issue. Have also tried it on another PC with exactly the same response, so I know it's not my PC either. I've tried with all addons disabled, no difference, and the other PC isn't running any addons anyway.

Try allowing pop up windows

Open Menu Options Content (on the top) Click Exceptions... Type mail.google.com in address of website area Click Allow

Try to open attachment window now. Restart FireFox and try adding attachment again.

Hi Critty - thanks for your response - however the problem seems to have been fixed today - so I have to wonder what got changed? Both PCs are now working when I try to attach files, without any alterations since the problem occurred yesterday.

I will keep your suggestion in mind though in case it ever happens again.

Google has fixed this issue on their side, so you should no longer experience this. You may have to logout and login again or reload pages and bypass the cache (Ctrl+Shift+R or Ctrl+F5).
