I'd suggest you tell Outlook that these messages aren't junk.

My first thoughts

• Tbird sends it and i much doubt that it is classified as spam when it sends it to your email-server-account
• This server sends it to whoever is going to receive it. I doubt this server marks it as junk.
• The receiving server put i thou a spamfilter and decides if its spam. It then puts it in their account.
• The receiver uses his email-client to download, this client (like Tbird) can have a spam-filter of its own.

(If you sending to the whole world...... thats called spam)
