BT.com opens opens normally but when I click the Email link things go wrong.

It lets me log in but then takes me here -

https://samlfed.bt.com/dantesemailuk.htm

The Tab shows a small blue BT logo and SAML 2.0 Auto-POST form

This just shows a blank page and I can do nothing with it but close it down.

I thought it was a BT issue but via live chat we managed to get it viewing correctly both on IE and Google Chrome so it seems not.

I have no problems with any other feature.

I am on Windows 7 on a Toshiba laptop.

Thanks in advance

Simon

Please update to the most recent version of Firefox:

I tried to connect as well and did not have any troubles with the first page. It did not take me to the second.

When I looked at the JS of the second page there is an error that says the Window controllers are "window.controllers is deprecated. Do not use it for UA detection" and "Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user's experience. For more help http://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/"

That does not give much information except that they are using Javascript to redirect the page as part of the functionality of the site. I can recommend Refreshing Firefox to set it back to defaults if it was working before, but I would also call the support for this site to see if it has to do with the compatibility.
