19 folders in my yahoo imap email but only two show any files. How do I fix this. I tried subscribe and unsubscribe.

All of the folders contain messages while in yahoo but only the first 5 folders and the 16th show anything in Thunderbird. I tried unsubscribe. and subscribe but nothing changed. Suggestions about what to try next.

right click select properties and then repair... see if the index is just messed up
