I t my passwood did not work, so I clicked on "Forgot my passwood"told I was sent an e-mail. I have not received. That was a few hours ago.
I had gone to your support page to log in.
However, my username and/or password has changed or been reconfigured and I could not log in. So, I clicked the "Forgot my password" button, and was informed that i was sent an e-mail where I could enter a new password. But, I never received this e-mail for now over nearly 5 hours.
My Firefox is running very slow on all webpages. WHY? It seems that a lot of users are having the same problem.
I trust this can be fixed.

I cannot give you a why, but I can give you a how to troubleshoot it :-)
The Refresh feature (called "Reset" in older Firefox versions) can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information.
Note: When you use this feature, you will lose any extensions, toolbar customizations, and some preferences. See the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article for more information.
To Refresh Firefox:
- Open the Troubleshooting Information page using one of these methods:
- Click the menu button , click help and select Troubleshooting Information. A new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
- If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about:support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting Information page.
- At the top right corner of the page, you should see a button that says "Refresh Firefox" ("Reset Firefox" in older Firefox versions). Click on it.
- Firefox will close. After the refresh process is completed, Firefox will show a window with the information that is imported.
- Click Finish and Firefox will reopen.

Thank you.
You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.
