My Toshiba Laptop crashed and when it repaired I was not able to access Mozilla Firefox e mail. I get an error box with the message "Couldnt load XPCOM". I am unable to remove Mozilla Firefox to reload. I can access my email thru AT&T Yahoo.

edit: fixed firefox number and added Version word, you need to check your clipboard as you also had changed installer to version
