Start with some basic troubleshooting.

Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).

If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:

• Click the menu button , click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.

If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:

• On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
• On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
• On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox -safe-mode
  (you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)

When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "Start in Safe Mode".

If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme, or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.

To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.

When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help others with the same problem.

Hi the-edmeister, Thanks for the help, however, safe mode produces the same results. I even tried it twice and signed out -and back in- while in safe mode. Any other ideas?

I see the same problem and I can't figure it out. When I use the Inspector to drill down into the HTML, the actual data is just missing from several areas.

When I check whether the page retrieved the detail when clicking a correspondent (complicated but I can explain if you're interested), I see that it does get the missing company name, title, and work phone number. So this suggests that the script which decodes that information and lays out the page is dropping the ball.

You can use a bookmarklet to hack the page. I'll mention the code I developed, but this is inconvenient to use so hopefully Microsoft will fix it.

Hi jscher, your observations can certainly be helpful to those individuals who have the skills to solve this mystery. I hate to say it, but I am glad to read that I am not the only person having this problem :) You have the smarts to work around this problem, but the bookmarklet hack code is above my pay scale (read between the lines, "I have no clue what to do with it"). To that end, this is still a problem on my computer.

Thanks for the button, but this is a work around that I don't want to have to initiate on my computer. This issue maybe tied to the newest update from Foxfire. There's something that changed and is now in conflict with this website. I hope it is resolved because the only option I have right now is to stop using Firefox and move back over to IE or Chrome. Firefox is my first choice and I hate to think that this issue is such a challenge that all the innovative thinkers at Mozilla can't find a solution to this problem.

Unfortunately, I can't run a business when I don't have access to my contact information. Going through numerous hopeful fixes (safe mode, uninstall, install older version, disable all add-ons, extensions, plugins and services...etc.) this problem still persists. With no apparent solution available I am migrating to a different browser. I hate leaving Firefox and will monitor this question for any future solutions.

I am also experiencing this problem. Behavior is the same in safe mode. Problem DNE in Chrome. The bookmarklet works but as mentioned previously is inconvenient as it has to be clicked each time a contact is displayed.

But the existence of the bookmarklet makes me think that the problem is understood. I hope a fix is forthcoming soon, or are Microsoft and Mozilla busy pointing fingers at each other?

I created the bookmarklet as an after-the-fact approach because Microsoft's script inserts the data partially into the page but doesn't finish the job. I can suggest a way to automate that using a userscript, I'll work on it next.

Meanwhile, there seems to be complete silence from Microsoft on its forums, while users are saying they are switching to Chrome.

@jscher2000, I wasn't finding fault with the bookmarklet, quite the contrary. Kudos for understanding the problem and demonstrating a workaround!

I am definitely starting to wonder about Firefox, I've seen several odd problems like this recently that do not occur in Chrome. I would much prefer to continue using Firefox as my main browser, rather than throw my lot in with Google any more than it is already :-/

I wouldn't out it past Microsoft to break that on purpose for Firefox users to gain market share for Edge, and try to regain some for IE for Windows users who don't migrate to Win10. The current Mozilla CEO isn't too happy with certain aspects of Windows 10. How quickly MS forgets the "sins of their past" and their EU settlement which resulted in MS offering distinct choices for web browsers on new Windows installations.

Just drag the "button" into your bookmarks and use it when you need it. Or, create a new bookmark and paste the JavaScript code into the Location field where a URL is usually found in a saved bookmark and then give that bookmarklet a Name in the Name field of the new bookmark.
