You can transfer from one to the other, but there is no easy way two synchronize your addresses between to pc. If you were running Tbird on the old pc, make a total backup on a movable media. (That way you preserve your old mails as well) Or export your Address Book. Add-ons like MoreFunctionsForAddressbook or ImportExportTools will make it easier.

Use these tools to import whatever you want.
