The reply, forward, delete line disappeared, as well as who sent email, when & subject when I open an email. How do I get them back? Have tried toolbar fix.
When I open an email, 2 sections are now missing. At the top, it used to say From, To, Subject, etc. It's gone now. Also, under that off to the right, it used to say Reply, Forward, Delete, etc. It is now gone, too. I've tried everything w/toolbars. No help. I've even tried to customize a toolbar already there, but Reply, Forward & Delete are not options I can drag anywhere. They are not there in the customize choices. They are in the Twilight Zone maybe. Can someone please help? Thank you.

Open your profile-folder With T-bird NOT running, rename xulstore.json (or delete) It should be restored when T-bird is restarted.

If you right-click where your from-to-subject should be, do you get a chance to reset columns to default?
Likewise if you right-click where reply-delete used to be can you customize?
If not can you include a pic of what it looks like
It's not the columns that are missing, it's after I open an email. That "heading" info used to be at the top, b4 the contents of the email.
And no, right clicking did not bring back the toolbar-like-line of Reply, Forward, Delete. Luckily, I can do those things when I right click anywhere on the email, from a long list of many, but the toolbar-like-line is still gone.
Do you have any add-on that could interfere?

After I renamed it as you suggested, T-bird would not open at all. I changed it back & then my missing lines were back! Thank you sooooooo much!
