My new Cyberpower computer, with Windows 10 installed, has been randomly deleting messages from our email box. I was using Thunderbird version 38.3 These messages are not going into the trash file, they are just disappearing. This is not a problem with our computer with windows 8.1 or our computer with Vista. I just re-downloaded Thuderbird version 38.51. Will the new download solve the problem or is there something else I should be looking at?
