Chances are that file "impab-1.mab" didn't get closed properly the last time it was used.

Go to your Thunderbird Address Book, then for each of your address books that you see on the left side, edit one of the contacts (make a slight change then press OK). This will open, make the change, then close each address book.

Now quit Thunderbird and reboot Windows.
