Firefox is not allowing me to change the controls in RoundCube email module of CPanel to enable preview pane.

When I change the settings in RoundCube (CPanel) to Preview Pane for Mail Display options, the box appears checked. I save the changes. But the email will not display as a preview in Firefox. When I check the settings, it appears to still be selected, but the function doesn't work.

However, if I do the same process in Internet Explorer, there are no issues and the mail display works as it should, showing the preview.

This appears to be some kind of bug in Firefox causing the issue. I cleared the cache but that did not solve the problem.

Help??!!

Hi brightwings, is there a blank area where the preview should appear? If so, please right-click that and check for "This Frame" on the menu. If that appears, the preview pane uses a frame. If you expand This Frame and click Open Frame in New Tab, does the content display?
