All of a sudden (I don't recall an update to Firefox which coincided with this issue), certain video elements on pages display as per the attached image. I've reinstalled Flash Player and the issue persists. I've also visited the same content in other browsers (e.g. Chrome and Opera) and it works fine. Anyone have any ideas?

This happens across multiple sites but not all videos within the one site (e.g. some Facebook videos are fine, others aren't.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Close and restart Firefox after modifying the setting to make the change effective.

You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
