Send light won't let me send new emails
I cannot send an email to a new address. The send light won't light up. I can reply to emails and I can send to someone on my address column. The send light functions properly. I can't send to a new address as the light is out I should say it is light not dark as it usually is.

re :How do I know if it is "offline". I can send to anyone else as long as the address is here If you can send then you not offline. If offline the 'Send' is replaced by 'Send Later'
re :I have the address in the bar, It must be entered in a 'TO' text box. the email address must not have any spaces to be valid.
If you only type the name: eg: joeblog Then this is not an email address and the 'Send' button will remain greyed out. Once you type the @ sign, then the 'Send' button should become enabled. example: joeblog@domain.com

The 'Send' button will not be enabled until you have entered an email address in the 'TO' field.
The 'Send' button will not be enabled if you are in 'offline' mode. However, the 'Send Later' option should replace the 'Send' and this will put emails into the 'Outbox' located under 'Local Folders'.
I have the address in the bar, send light won't come on. Don't know where the "send Later' button is. How do I know if it is "offline". I can send to anyone else as long as the address is here and I can reply but new addresses won't work.

I have the address in the bar.
Please give an example of that.
Email addresses follow a strict set of rules Put one of your examples into this web site. https://email-checker.net/ They will verify it is a good address or not.
