Hi Shkiper07, There doesn't seem to be much information in that crash report. Interestingly, it says the crash occurred on Windows 7, not XP.

Could you try the solutions in the following article, and see if any of them help: Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly)

What security software do you have (?Avira)?

Did you check for security software related issues?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen or hold down the Shift key) to see if that has effect.

Да, установлен антивирус Avira. Еще помогает но не на долго сброс настроек браузера

Did booting the computer in Safe Mode work or does only refreshing Firefox has some positive effect even if it doesn't last long.

Do you have more crash reports that possibly have a different signature.

The report you posted has this signature that looks like a problem with inter process communication (IPC related).

You can try to modify multi-process settings to see if this has effect.

• set number of content processes to 1 if it is currently set to a higher value (4)
  this is set via dom.ipc.processCount that you can access via the about:config page
• disable multi-process windows in Firefox

You can disable multi-process windows in Firefox by setting this pref to false on the about:config page.

• browser.tabs.remote.autostart = false (master switch used on 58+)
• browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2 = false (57 and older)

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
