I participate in the Yahoo group "RumblesAList", have been for years, and used multiple Emails clients. All has been ok. With Thunderbird, all email from this group is displayed with the correspondent "steve" As far as I know there is no member of the group called "steve". From looking at the mail itself, I can often detect who it is from and that is definitely not some guy called "steve". All my other email seems to have the correspondent named correctly. I can bring up these emails from this group on other email clients and the from field is correct and not "steve". Most mysterious.

I find Thunderbird, otherwise, to be just what I want. Thanks

Usually it is because you have saved this group with Steve's name in one of your address books.
